What is your policy regarding returns?
Online refund/return policy : Refunds will be offered on 3 yards or more (continuous cut) fabric. The fabric must be unwashed, unaltered and uncut fabric returned within 15 days of receipt of goods. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
In Store: Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase with original receipt only for store credit. Personalized items or fabric are FINAL sale items. Any items purchased at a discounted price are FINAL sale.
How are your items shipped?
Items are shipped next business day by USPS.
What is your class cancellation policy?
All cancelations or rescheduling must be made no less than 24 hours before the class otherwise you forfeit the class fee.
In case of cancellation by us, you may choose to be refunded or receive credit for the amount paid at the time of registration and use the credit toward a future class within 6 months. Payment for class must be made in advance to secure your spot.
NO REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING FOR STUDENTS WHO DO NOT SHOW.
